How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times: U.S.: 3 to 7 business days after shipment. International: 7 to 21 business days after shipment.

Do your shirts run true to size?

In general, yes. Most shirts are a modern unisex fit and run true to size. Please check the sizing information on each product page before ordering.

Can I return or exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?

Because our items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size selection errors. If you have an issue, contact us and we will review it case by case.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email support@malibutactical.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work to make it right.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds or replacements for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $80.
