Return / Refund Policy
At Malibu Tactical, most of our products are made to order just for you. Because of that, we try to keep returns limited, but we will always work to make things right if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@malibutactical.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Size and Fit Issues
Please review the sizing information on each product page before placing your order. Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference. That said, if you have a sizing issue, contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We generally do not accept returns for made-to-order items without a defect, sale or clearance items, or gift cards.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
